I just caught my english springer spaniel eating (really shredding) a $10 bill. OMG! Could that be where all my money's been going lately? And did she get it out of my wallet?

I don't feed money to my dog. It's too expensive.

My dog is up to the next level of stealing from Dad. Somehow she is able to get my wallet no matter where it is. She will take it from the back pocket of my pants or get on top my table, One time I caught her pushing my rolling chair to my desk just to get it off my desk. To top it off she not only eats the money but my credit cards and the wallet. I have been through 4 wallets and about 6 replacement credit cards.
They are amazing animals...

Dogs are incredible resource consumers. Food and upkeep is expensive. In that sense, all dogs eat money.

hehehe...sorry to laugh but I can sort of relate. Our Bower learned early how to unzip things, purses, sweaters, bags, etc. Once I had a friend come over to dog sit while I was in school, she called me to tell me had eaten her hot pocket but she wasn't mad, she was bewildered as the food was in a zipped pocket of her closed purse. Then a couple weeks later he unzipped her purse again and snatched a small teddy bear. It wasn't until days later I realized he had a new toy and she realized she was missing her valentines day gift...hehehe he is so funny.

LOL my dog did that too, luckily we had enough to tape back together. It's because of all the scents on the bills since they are passed around to so many people.

I have a chahuahua that likes to get into my purse, I tend to shove paper money into it and he will take the money out to play with. but he will also do the with plain paper. Dogs like to chew, try getting more chew bones and sticks and put your purse up where your dog can not get to it.

Anything your dog can reach is fair game. Keep your wallet out of her range of reach.

My dogs will eat anything that falls on the floor. You probably just dropped it and didn't realize it.

The next thing you know, he'll be using the ATM and that's the end of your credit rating
