Yes you can call yourself a Christian even if you don't believe in any of those things. The details aren't as important as following the way itself. In fact, sometimes books cause us to stray from our paths. Look at all the killing the Catholic church did in the name of Christ.
I think there is enough scientific evidence to believe in the life of Christ, even if one isn't a Christian. But as for the rest of it, what's more important than living in love? Worrying about the details is like looking at a man pointing a gun at you, and instead of dodging or running, trying to imagine what brand of bullets he has, how many were in the box, or other insignificant details.
I think we should worry about the practical application and not the details.

1) You're religion is the only true religion, and everyone who does not believe in it will be damned in the end.
Honestly, though I do believe my religion is right, I do not have a problem with other religions and prefer to let God judge others. "Judge not lest ye be judged"
2) That all the events described in the Bible are literally true--with authority even over scientific discovery.
Yes, but I don't dismiss science.
3) That Jesus really died and was raised from the dead.
Yes, without a doubt.

1)there are 2 main statements in the bible about this, one says if you believe in Jesus you will have everlasting life. the other says there is no other way to the father but though Jesus.
The way I look at this is. If you believe in Jesus, you get an automatic pass, if you don't then It is still up to Jesus if you get though or not. And Jesus will way and measure your life.
2)There has been no scientific discovery that has proved anything in the Bible false. There are theory's out there that suggest the Bible is false, But theory's are far from fact.
3)This is the real big one for me, but there is more to it than just dying and being raised. Its why he died
To call yourself a christian, there is really only one thing that you have to believe.
Jesus was Innocent of Sin, he came here and died in this world so you would not have to die in the next.

1. Yes, I believe without a shadow of doubt that if you do not accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior you will go to Hell.
2. I believe the Bible is God's holy word. I believe form " In the beginning" all the way through Revelations. It will all come to pass so please get your soul right with God and don't get left behind.
3. Yes Jesus really did die and He was raised from the dead 3 days later.
4. No I don't. You must accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior to get into heaven. Some people might slide by on #2. But I believe that if you are a true Christian, you would accept the Bible as it is. "For God so loved the world that He sent his only begotten Son that who so ever believes in him should not perish but have ever lasting life."
Jesus saves and forgives.

1. I don't know that anyone who doesn't believe in my particular faith is damned in the end because only God can judge us, that's His and only His decision to make. I simply believe that my faith is my faith, other people have different faiths, and that's fine, I don't judge.
2. All the events described in the Bible are not literal, a lot of it is symbolic and not meant to be taken literally. Science and faith don't contradict one another. Example: God made the world in 7 days. Who's to say that a day in that time wasn't actually millions of years?
3. Jesus was with God from the very beginning, as a divine being His flesh died but He did not. We are all spiritual beings, we have a soul and that soul does not die even though our bodies, our flesh does.
4. Christian is a man made term. I am spiritual. I believe in God, I use the Bible as a learning device and I believe the things the Bible says. To say that only Christians have that is like saying that only Vegans like vegetables.

Question #1...My religion is not a religion; as Christianity is not put in a box with a name; Christianity is a way of life that Christ came to show us...We must try to follow Him. Spirituality is what God wants from us; not a title of a "religion"..so....I don't think that my religion,( which is just Spirituality) or anyone elses, should damn others who don't believe as they do. That is just the type of nonsense that promotes hatred and killing and wars ...and that is NOT what God wants for his creation. Shame on those who believe their religion is the only right one and all others will be damned in the end!!!
#2....The events in the Bible can mostly be true, not necessarily conflicting with Science...Realize however, that some satements in the Bible are the way things may have been spoken in those days, in parables, or stories spoken to illustrate a scenario.
#3,,,YES! YES! YES! Jesus died for everyone of us...regardless of a person's belief in Him! Even if a person rejects Christ as his Savior...He loves us all!
I do think that as for calling oneself a Christian, or actually being one, is for God to decide. God alone, ( and Christ) know our hearts, so I would not make a judgement on this...
Hope this helps you to understanding...

I believe people can have questions about the first two and still be a Christian, just like some people can understand simple math but not physics.
The last one is not something a Christian can question.
I think many put their faith in false theories such as evolution and the origin of the species. Neither of these theories has been proved and science is actually disproving them all the time.
We have the free will to put our faith any where we wish, faith in science is much tougher for me, it makes no sense. Faith in God creating the universe and everything that was created is the only thing that makes sense.
The science of the universe creating itself or things coming from nothing or things coming together over eons of time are just silly forms of magic without the magician.

My opinon:
1) It is necessary to believe that Christianity is the one true faith to be a "true" Christian, but I don't pretend to know who will be damned. Our God is a merciful God. He's promised the Jewish people that they are His chosen. I would doubt He would comdemn them. I don't know much about the Islamic faith, but I know they are God centered. Only God knows who will be forgiven and who will not.
2) This isn't necessary to have faith in Jesus or God. One author gave the example: Is your faith like a trampoline or a brick wall. If it's a brick wall each peice is dependent on another. If one isn't there the whole wall falls. That's silly. If your faith is like a trampoline it is supported by the things you do believe. Those things allow you to jump or take leaps of faith into investigating more support material, and each leap gets you closer to a relationship with God.
3) This one is a must for a true Christian. If you don't believe that Christ came back, all the hope you have in Him is worthless.
These are just my opinions. Some will tell you otherwise.

1) I am a believer in God and God sent His son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. I also believe that I am not here to condemn anyone, I do not have that authority. God will take care of that when the time comes.
2) The things that happened in the Bible are true, they were written by man, yes, but they were told to be written just the way they are by God. Nothing was added by man of nothing was taken away by man. It is the Word of God.
3) As it stated in the Bible, Jesus was born of Mary, He is the begotten Son of God. Jesus was also the Lamb of God to be sacrificed for our sins.
As far as people believing these things and calling themselves a Christian, there are many people out there that do. Again, I am not here to say they are or they are not Christians, it is not for me to say. I know what I believe and I believe that the Bible is the Word of God and those that believe that His son died for us and accepts that with all their heart and soul will get to heaven. Jesus told us that.
Thanks for asking those questions, as a believer, we are always suppose to ask questions so that we may find the truth in everything.

1. I am a Baptist and I do not believe Baptist are the only ones thats going to be in Heaven.
2. I believe everything in the bible to be true.
3. Yes he really died and was raised from the dead.
4. You cannot be saved if you do not believe all of God's word, and that he died and was raised from the dead. As far as the first question only the word of God is right. If that religion does not follow the word of God then something is wrong.
