does the fridge consume more power when we load the it with more things.or does the stabiliser make it to consume the same power whether the fridge is full or empty.

It uses the same amount of power. It is either on or off as per its thermostat setting. There is no stabilizer. As long as it has food in it that is cold and you don't open the refrigerator door the only time it runs is when enough heat leaks through the fridge walls to heat the inside and trigger the thermostat in there again.

Having it full is handy if the power fails since all that cold food keeps the rest of the cold food at the right temperature better than just the air in a mostly-empty fridge. Otherwise no effect.

Your refrigerator will use more power while you are loading it and use more power until products loaded in are cooled down. Full or empty it will use the same amount of power. It will stabilise and use a given amount of power once the set temperature is reached.
