yes on armenia ave...it is the spca and they spay for like $50 and give the first round of shots

Your local animal shelter or spca should have a program for lower income families to bring the animal to for free or at least a lot cheaper.

Contact your local S.P.C.A. or Animal Control Dept. they probably have listings of any reduced-fee or free programs.

try the spca, they will do it for a discounted rate, or if you can proove financial hardship they may even do it for free.
