Rinsing with a capful of hydrogen peroxide twice a day is helpful. You won't get instant results, but it's less harmful than the harsh stuff. And its less expensive.

I suggest to use herbs sometimes to your teethe such as guava leaves.Remember,"anything green that grow mould was excellent herb to our fathers of old."Gargle with iodized salt sometimes too is the best and don't smoke.
