cause WE cant see you!! we have new stickers on our trucks here in OZ...'If you cant see our mirrors then we cant see you!"
and if you ever get the chance to sit in a truck you'll see what little room we have to see everything! trucks dont have rearview mirrors!!! just side ones.

This seems to be a question on India so here is the answer.
The 'Stop' is written above or below the rear brake light. So that you know that when the red light flashes its not because its Christmas, but because the lorry in front of you is slowing down or stopping. So you better do the same .
The 'Sound Horn' is written at the rear of the lorry because the lorry driver is busy navigating the typical Indian road with all those deep potholes and he has no time to see what is happening behind his lorry.
So you better honk away till he gives you the signal to overtake, as he might be a bit deaf from the clamouring noise of the diesel engine of his lorry.

I'm sorry I don't know what a lorry is. But it sounds to me like the 4 wheeler can't see you and needs the additional alert of a loud sound whenever you approach.'

as the bigger four wheellers in india have wider bodies, it becomes dificult for the drivers to see the traffic following them. this is termed as a blind spot. so it is safe to write and much safer for the one following to read and follow instructions to be on safe side

sometimes when other fast vehicles come fast they don't care about the speed of trucks.
but these signs help to tell them that they should not move fast when they r behind trucks.

because the drivers are too far in front to move by the sound of your car. so horn
