Largest Litter
The largest litter was produced by a Burmese\Siamese mother. There were 19 kittens. However, 4 of the kittens were stillborn.

No, it is not a record. While 7 is a large litter, some cats can have up to 12 in a litter.

Good luck with your kittens!

Not at all! My aunt's cat had 7 kittens too. It can really vary. My cat for example only had 2 kittens in her first litter. Congratulations on your kits!

ive heard of cats having much more, but im sure 7 is still alot. keep her as cumphy as possible and keep her fluids up as it would have drained her alot. also if she is a well loved pet, she may not mind if you touch her kittens, if possible, wash your hands then check them all for any defects and abnormalities.
