Do you mean Lahmadjun (meat pie)? It's best cooked in a pizza oven, but any oven will do. Ordinarily I buy them premade because they are pretty cheap anyway.

Lahmacun is just an unleven flatbread.
When I was in Turkey they used a pizza oven but as it doesn't need to rise (same as a chapatti) a flat griddle should also do.

All these questions your asking are making me hungry.
