You can wipe the matress down real good with some soap and water then rinse it with plain water with some bleach in it. It doesn't take too much, after all, one drop of bleach to a gallon of water will make it pretty much safe to drink.
You don't want to use too much bleach because even the fumes from it can be irritating to the nose and eyes.
You need to remember, unless your baby has some sort of disease or something, pee is sterile.
Good luck.

If the mattress has a plastic cover - a wipe with a warm water and disinfectant soaked cloth will be sufficient. If the sides of the mattress are wet also, steam them thoroughly
If the mattress is a regular one without a cover - use a small steamer and apply the steam to every square inch of the mattress. If you can, take the mattress outside and dry it in the sun. If you can't get the mattress outside, dry any excess moisture from the steaming with a hairdrier or leave a fan on in the room.
If the mattress has been wet through, you will need to get the mattress outside into the sun and leave it there for several hours. Liberally apply a spray on disinfectant and allow the solvent to evaporate before laying the linen. If the internal foam fillers have been soaked and they are not thoroughly dried, the mattress linings will go mouldy - then it will be time to throw it out and buy a new one.

As long as you've washed the sheets, there isn't any reason to 'steralize' the mattress. You can wipe it down with a little soap and water.
Really germ paranoid? Plain white vinegar is just as effective as using bleach, but non-toxic.

It sounds like you've an exceedingly solid record. one aspect that I tell each new ascertain to get (It has saved us one of those massive volume of nights!) is a swaddler. toddlers love being swaddled (and mine ought to in reality sleep at the same time as he changed into) and they make particular swaddler blanket issues with velcro tabs. they are brilliant! i do not imagine a replacing table is a need. i'm pregnant with our 2d and we are not likely to set one up. i ought to get the %. n play, yet no longer the bassinet. they don't stay in a bassinet more advantageous than some weeks and truly it truly is not necessary. I really get a swing and a nighttime ordinary (you'll opt to work out the position you're going once you stumble in to furnish out that 3am bottle) replacing pads are a ought to, fantastically in case you forgo the replacing table. a bath thermometer isn't a need, merely use your solid judgment. A solar colour for the vehicle is a efficient aspect to have accessible. The gasoline drops....properly, I in no way theory they did a darn aspect, yet I have some accessible for this time besides. They a minimum of make you imagine you're doing some thing. i have in no way even heard of salt for cleansing nipples! I had a thermal bottle provider for my first and used all of it the time. This time although I have considered that they have got come out with premeasured 8oz Similac bottles that you'll be able to purchase. those look tremendous! i'm really going to purchase some. properly, it truly is my 2 cents! solid luck!

A mild scented Lysol, it's either Crisp Linen or White Linen. Buy some of those water proof crib pads. We have 2 & I'm thankful for them at least 3 times a week!

Spray with Lysol and let it thoroughly dry. Invest in a waterproof mattress pad that covers the whole mattress.

i'd use those clorox or lysol wipes on the matress, let it dry and then wipe it down with soap and water,
This will kill 99% of germs, well it says on the bottle it does!
Good luck!
