No, HIV is spread by transferring bodily fluids. i.e. blood, semen etc. So unless they had bleeding gums then no it can't be transferred. People are so ill informed over HIV and Aids. I wish they would make this clearer.

if you have sore in your mouth yes... but if none nope...
it would take 3 gallons of saliva for you to have HIV if your kissing a person with HIV.

no...no risk....saliva is not infectious, and even if the blood is involved, saliva has many proteins that inhibit the virus...dont wory you are safe.
Also, there has never been a documented case of hiv transmission via kissing

no. HIV virus spreads only thru blood or body fluids. It does not spread thru spit or air or a normal body touch like handshakes etc,.
