of course it does. But the act of repentence should be undertaken by us to God and to our fellow man each time that we fall short of the Glory of God.

All moms and teachers can tell you that kids do not learn to do things the right way unless they are made to clean up the mess and start over. If they get off scott free then they will not learn.

It covers all sins. BUt this doesnt mean we are saved. No one is saved until they pass the judgment. Therer are those that claim salvation early, how do you know what God has planned for you. Remember as long as you inhabit this earth there is still room and time for sin. You cant be Saved while living here, not until Judgement Occurs on The Day of Reckoning. We embrace the blood of jesus when we accept him as our savior and follow his laws. We try to be as Christ like as possible in order to get in Gods good favor.

People do not know the meaning of the word repentance. It means to be remorseful for sinning against God and disobeying Him. You are to acknowledge the sin you commited by naming it and then work on yourself to not repeat that sin. This is a daily effort to change your bad sinful habits. If you dont try to change the part of you that keeps sinning, you will become a reprobate in the eyes of God, and He will not hear you when you call upon His name.

Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

Luke 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

You say "we are saved", so how exactle were you saved? I accepted Jesus as my savior and turned my life over to Him and repented of my sins. I repent of my sins daily and ask the Lord to show me what He wants me to change about me, and i work on that. What do you do?

Jesus Blood covers our sins, but we are Human, trapped in this sinful flesh, we will do stupid things until He calls us HOME.

Bad thinking is my guess.

I normally don't watch him, but that guy on TV, Dr. Phil? He once said something that stuck with me, about how we hear these tapes in our heads. Our minds have learned to play these darn things over and over and until we train ourselves differently, they always will play.

That's part of why reading the Word is so important for me. I need to play back what God says instead of my own messed up thinking. It works; eventually I stop the stupid stuff and come to my senses lol.

Do not trample on the blood of a precious one.
If you know something is wrong and continue to do it then this ruins your conscience..so be careful to work on not doing the dumb things. Get help to stop!. Jesus can only help those willing to change. It is difficult to battle a weakness. We can only get strong by fighting the weakness ( like a weak muscle) strengthen the weakness by getting help...

Paul asks this very question. We still battle the flesh everyday. It would help to renew our minds everyday. The blood covers sin, if we repent.

we keep sinning because we are human. and yes Jesus' blood covered all sins.. past, present and future.. when he cried "it is finished" he meant all the sins were put to death.

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

Read 1 john 3rd chapter if you have a bible.
