Sounds like potential IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). A simple condition caused by a need to alter the diet and a sudden sensitivity to certain foods. IBS is a modern phenomena; no doubt caused by the increase in the amount of additives they stick in our food these days! But go to the doctor just to check-out what's going on.

I saw this on an episode of House MD: Some guy suddenly developed diarrhea after quitting smoking so he thinks he should smoke again. What House figured out is that he chewed HEAPS of gum to replace his (heavy) smoking habit, the gum contains this sweetening ingredient which also acts like a laxative, especially if consumed in large amounts. So the question is - have you been chewing heaps and heaps of gum? Seriously though - see your doctor.

Krystal, maybe you need to change your diet. We all get older and our bodies change.
Add fiber to your diet-some commercial shows one brand suitable to put in food as its being cooked.
Every day drink a glass of part prune juice/part apple juice.(an acquired taste)
If nothing changes, go to a GI doc for a look-see in the colon.
Anyway, keep tabs on this situation.

Are you constipated? Are you eating a normal diet? I would recommend you book in for a Colonic irrigation....They are the best things ever invented. When you get your poo sorted out give Gillian McKeith a buzz and she will examine it for you...always remember..you are what you eat!

Go to your doctor. It could be any number of things including a partial impaction. Without knowing if you have any other symptoms (such as bloating, cramping, or weight gain), I can only tell you to go to your doctor.
