i didn't know that he bought another truck,and had the recent one for sale, so lastnite he popped up and asked me if i liked a certain model does this mean he is going to get the car for me.

Did he ask you if you liked a certain model as in a car or another truck? if it is a car then maybe he is going to get it for you - good luck .
