So:
Paul said that the law is a curse and should not be followed.

Daniyl 7:25—
And he will speak great words against Yahweh, and will wear out; mentally attack to cause to fall away, the saints of Yahweh, and think to change the Feasts and holy days, and Laws; and they will be given into his hand until a time, and times, and the dividing of time
Daniyl is speaking of a religion that fights against those who keep the whole Law of Yahweh as we see in the meaning of the word saint. The Hebrew-Aramaic-English Dictionary, Volume 2, by Marcus Jastrow on page 1319:

...(my sanctified ones), that means those who fulfilled the whole Law...

I Yahchanan 3:22—
And whatever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep His Laws and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.

Yaaqob 2:10-12—
10 For whoever keeps the whole Law, and yet transgresses one Law, he is guilty of all.
11 For He Who said: Do not commit adultery, also said: Do not murder. Now if you do not commit adultery, yet you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the Law.
12 So speak, and so do, as those who are being judged by the Law of liberty__

I Yahchanan 4:1—
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, to see whether they are of Yahweh; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

I Yahchanan 3:24—
And he who keeps His Laws dwells in Him, and He in him; and by this we know that He abides in us: By the Word of Yahweh which He has given us.

Revelation 22:12-16—
12 And behold, I come quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work will be.
13 I am the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
14 Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and worshipers of gods (elohim) and everyone who professes to love, yet practices breaking the Law.
16 I, Yahshua, have sent My malak to testify to you these things in the congregations of The House of Yahweh. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the Bright and Morning Star.

No the Apostile Shaul (Paul) will be with the first ressurection and recieve his promise of eternal life for his obeidence to the Laws of Yahweh

Isa 59:15 Yes, truth; the Law, is suppressed; and he who departs from evil; upholds the Law, is accounted as mad; makes himself a prey! Yahweh saw this, and He saw the evil that there was no justice in the last days.

Because they changed the Laws of Yahweh that were written to guide us to perfect health, peace and joy, the curse has been laid on all of mankind, the earth is defiled and nuclear wars are coming that will leave few survivors.

Jesus said that before He died on the cross. What Jesus was doing was to make man understand the original standard of the God's law. Man had lowered the standard of law to suit themselves and Jesus is making them realize that man alone CANNOT fulfill the law on their own. That's why Jesus came to fulfill the law for us before He cut a new covenant with God for us in His blood. Now we are not justified by the law of Moses BUT the grace of God.

It is made up as it goes along, when I was a child heaven was up in the sky past the clouds, when in 1969 man supposedly went to the moon, it changed heaven was then, everywhere. I support religion for those who need a crutch to lean on but I take responsibility for myself good or bad I face the consequences, I don't blame or praise some mythical being.

Paul was saying that seeking to be justified by following the law was to remain under the curse of the law. Paul didn't say that people shouldn't follow the moral laws that had been given but only that they didn't need to follow the ceremonial laws that were pointing to and had been fulfilled by Jesus and that anyone who sought to be justified by following the law had fallen from the grace available to believers through faith in the finished work of Christ Jesus on the cross.

Romans 5:20 But the law came in alongside, so that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace superabounded, 21 so that just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? 2 Certainly not! We died to sin--How shall we live any longer in it? 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall be in the likeness of His resurrection; 6 knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, so that the body of sin may be done away with, that we should no longer serve sin.

Circumcision was a ceremonial law that represented the inward change that comes when someone is born again and their "heart" has become circumcised.

Galatians 5:2 Indeed I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing. 3 And I testify again to every man who becomes circumcised that he is a debtor to keep the whole law. 4 You have become estranged from Christ, you who are justified by law; you have fallen from grace. 5 For we by the Spirit eagerly await for the hope of righteousness by faith. 6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything, but faith working through love.

Romans 2:28 For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in flesh; 29 but he is a Jew that is one inwardly; and circumcision is of the heart, in spirit, not in the letter, whose praise is not of men but of God.

The point from Paul is a misquote from Psalms which was either done by him or was done by the later Christians.

Can you give me references as to where Jesus and Paul say that? Then maybe I can help you.

Go back and do a real study of Paul and Christian theology. Your question has no foundation.
