If tomorrow morning the whole world woke up and all of the weapons had disappeared and nothing could be used to harm another, what would we really have to fear from one another?

We would make new weapons. However, that is not the only thing to fear. Even certain ideas are harmful. Religion, for example, frequently spurs violence and slows human progress. In this day and age, we need to work together more and find new solutions to accommodate the population we have. Even without weapons, there is much harm people can do to other people.

What do we have to fear now?
Fear was not given to us by our creator so why should we ever be in fear.
We should never be in fear for our lives because it would mean that we are afraid to die and we shouldn't fear death.
All of us are going to die one way or another. That is the reason why you should plan for next year but live today for today. Casue you never will know when your number will be called.
But, to answer your question, people will eventually make new weapons or they will have new ways and means to cause destruction.

Even without weapons people would still want to kill one another and would find a means in doing so, it is not the weapons it is the people remember Cain and Able in the Bible?

no matter if all the weapons were destroyed there would be some who would through some means or another try to force their will upon others because not only of human nature wanting to dominate but also because of need. one has need of land, water, mineral resources, etc. if i have it and you do not and you need it for survival then you are going to try and get the needed item from me. this is called the law of survival.

most people don't always need a weapon to hurt someone, on a daily basis people are killing people with their words.
