i agree with the above statement, except once you have perfected the animation of one page flipping, you can clone as many as you like, but just sliding the keyframe over slightly on the time slider. also, i don't think the wave modifier is necessary, it should only take a few polygons, and then smoothed, to get the desired effect.

There will be a long process that have to follow. First of all you have to create a model of a book with its pages and you have to orient the origin of every page as one of the sides of the book and then you have to animate each and every page separately, use wave modifier and animate it to create the flipping effect of the page.
