Just so evryone knows I am 26, im not some skinny little thing trying to lose more weight. I already eat good. Not a lot of junk or fast food. I don't want to take any meds. because i am trying to get pregnant. I just need some good ideas on how to slim down my thighs. I walk but not as much as i should so i am going to start doing that more. But i need something else. Please give me your ideas.
