i have a layered shoulder hair ,i cant do anything with it please give me some styles and tell me how to do them so i dont look like a total fool?

why do u think that u look like a total fool? if it bothers u like that why don't u cut it or rise it up, in any magazine models have some styles that can help u to choose one of them and do it .

Well, I like the way it looks in your avatar, with the head band. You could totally staighten it with a flat iron or put curls in it with hot rollers. Cuss at it, everytime my hair looks like sh*t, I just tell it I'm gonna cut it all off and call it names, I swear my hair will look great every day and every time I CUSS at it.
