My grandparents raised me.They mean more to me than anything in this world.Grandpa passed a yr. ago and He comes to me in dreams allot.He sends me messages to let me know he loves me and he's OK.If you're not spending allot of time with you're grandma you should.I see mine everyday.Every time I dream about him I let her know and she lights up.She has only dreamed about him one time and let me know right away.It makes you feel allot better when you dream about the person you lost. Sounds to me like he may be asking you to let her know he's thinking of her and misses her very much.And wishes she were there with him in heaven.

That grandfather (I assume he is dead) is your conscience. It is not him in spirit.
Your subconscious mind is telling you that you should communicate more and better with your grandmother because deep down you feel there is need for her to have companion like yourself.

If your grandfather has passed away, I'd say he wants you to tell your grandmother that he is ok.
