He fancies you, yes. But not for anything like a date or a relationship. You have been dissed. He apparently doesn't think you are worth a date or being seen in public with. He also does not believe you have brain enough to let someone know he made this offer. My advice is to alert someone, an adult or someone you trust at school. Drinking age is 21 and it is illegal for him to give alcohol to minors. Also, as you have seen from other answers, his intention is to take advantage of anyone who isn't getting what he is doing. Now it will be your responsibility to help to make sure he doesn't hurt anyone. Like I said , please do notify someone in authority. When a guy really likes you he will come across as very sweet and respectful. He will not offer to compromise you or your other relationships by putting you in a position where you have to lie. Expect that your guy will only want what is good for you, not invite you to be alone and drunk with him.

He clearly is hoping you'll take the hint to come over and get drunk so he can take advantage of you after. eventually his fancy for you will deminish once he gets what he wants or gets bored. Don't put yourself out like that. He's a perv and he will think you are easy if you come over after accepting his booze bribe

It sounds like he wants laid. And he's going to get you drunk in order to seduce you easier. I really don't think he has LIKES you, but he does want sex. There's a difference.
