Cheer up. Go for a brisk walk followed by a nice leisurely bath. You deserve it, because you are wonderful.

Dumb as it may sound, with the season changing that may have much to do with it. If your weather has began changing this tends to put many people in depressive moods. If you believe that all is well in your life, and have not suffered from depression in the past you may just need some vigorous exercise to boost endorphins. People tend to start becoming less active this time of year. If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself seek professional help. It sounds as though you are generally happy and have much to be happy about, so on a cheerier note much smiles for you and know that other people (me) are rooting for you too.

Even if everythi ng is great, you may be suffering from depression. One thing you need to understand is that depression is a physical illness caused by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain. Please consult your Doctor. There are medications that will put your brain back in balance. Nothing you do and nothing in your surroundings causes the depression. It can just happen. Sometimes there is an event that triggers it due to stress. The quicker you see a Doctor, the quicker you will be feeling better. Hope this helps you. I went through this and kept blaming myself. I finally accepted that it was a physical disease and was able to move forward from there.

I am in a similar boat to you at the mo. Good job, lovely house, 2 beautiful children but still feeling a sense of emptiness and despair. I took the step of seeing the doctor and he suggested counselling which i am finding helpful. It's good to have someone 'neutral' to talk to. Still early days, but you never know you may find having a channel for you sadness beneficial.

Howdiiiiiiiiii, hi, I’m Mixer, you know when I feel down and out driving down route 9W on a hot summer day, me and the missus’s always stop at Dickens. Dickens Cider Fruit Stand, they got everything from fruit to vegetables and home made pies but there ain’t nothing like their cider.

Dick inside ‘er, why yes siree, why even though we were late for church last Sunday, she had to have a little Dick inside ‘er.

She says that there ain’t nothing like it, even my minister says his wife enjoys a little Dick inside ‘er, now and then.

Now why don’t you bring some home in a protected red bottle, that way it’ll stay fresh or you could let it sit a while and have some hard Dick inside ‘er.

It’s good at lunch, it’s good at dinner and there’s nothing like waking up with a Dick inside ‘er.

Dickens Fruit Stand just off route 9W and Trencher Road 69, open 24 hours because after a chilly night, I like to snuggle up in bed with a hot Dick inside ‘er. UUUMMM

Cheer up with a Dicken’s Cider

Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; 6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

Psalms 23:1 A Psalm of David.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. 3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

It happens - you need a break and treat and pamper yourself out. Go to a girlfriends' house or visit the kids at the cancer ward - cheering up other people often cheers me up when my depression kicks in. Plus - you need to choose to be happy and look for things to keep you busy. Hope you feel better, I think its that time of year for me as well.....
