As well as the usual (boring) chicken, beef, pork etc, in my time i've tried quite a few different meats such as crocodile, bush rat, kangaroo (bought it in tescos once!), shark, sheep testicles, kudu (delicious), oryx, ostrich, zebra and guinea fowl. Might i point out that i either bought these meats from supermarkets or they were served to me in African restaurants on my travels. I'm not a hunter! i haven't tried dog but my Chinese friend highly recommends it

Duck,(didn't like it,too stringy),Lamb..with mint jelly is good.
I was stationed in Panama, and there are guys on corners selling meat on a stick, someone said it was monkee meat, but i don't know if it was or not,but I was drunk, and ate a lot of it back then when traveling through the streets bar hopping. I thought it was good ,and never tasted anything else like it ever again,so it might have been monkee,or dog ..who knows.. but it had a fuller richer flavor other than regular beef.
now seafood is a different story..tried just about everything

Deer, snake, camel, goat, rabbit, dog, iguana, guinea pig, guinea fowl, dove, quail, pheasant, duck, goose, scorpion, alligator, crocodile, grasshopper, cockroach (yeah, I know), eel, prairie oysters (bull balls), and once, I think, a bit of rat feces in what was supposed to be a hotdog.
You've had oryx!?? I thought those were extinct?

Donkey meat...it's definitely...er...different...
Pretty nasty really, tastes like overly strong beef with a kind of strong fishy flavour. Yuck!
