What do u mean by qualified? Is it paper qualified? then your basis is wrong. Don't judge a person by the educational qualifications he have. Try to judge his qualities.

It actually depends on the Boss, If he is less qualified but having great experience, Smartness, Understanding and Common Sense then it would be a good chance to work under him.
Many times Boss is having good qualifications but no experience and understanding and common sense it becomes very difficult to get even the simplest things done with him.

Most administrative personell (bosses) are less qualified to do the work of people who are working under them. If they were better qualified, they would do the job instead of administrating.

either he is more experienced (which carries more importance than qualification) or he is son or cousin or son in law of super boss.
If not all above then i would be biggest fool to accept that job!
Boss is always right in all above situations :-p

i would say if he is boss and has less qualificatin, than that shouldn't matter, cause the boss has more knowledge and experience of the current market. so learn from him and improve yourslef.

life is like that.one who wins is not necessarily THE BEST.an mind it "THE BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT" sounds impressive EH BUT IT HURTS" isn't it.
