I use graphites cream by Nelsons available form most pharamcies and places like Holland and Barrett. It is non-steroidal but seems to sort it out realy well for me.

my mom has psorisis and the best thing she did was get out in the sun. of course use sunblock but in the summer you can really see a difference! maybe a tanning package might help
