Stop eating when you're full. Many people eat when they're bored, lonely, or stressed, or keep eating long after they're full out of habit. Try to pay attention as you eat and stop when you're full. Slowing down can help because it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to recognize how much is in your stomach.

be more active. remove the guilt of being ugly due to fatty body.
laugh more, eat in balance. skip heavy dinner. increase the intake of fluid like water or juice without sugar
eat on time. dont do uneccessary deiting.
do aerobic exercises or yoga.
and above all love yourself dont feel embarass if u r little fat than other. again laugh more stay active and u will feel that u are furnishing urself into a brand new person full of confidence

Try the Fiber One Diet:
1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3xday (breakfast, lunch & dinner)with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day

No fried food either.
And try to walk for 1/2 hour once a week and increase it when you've lost weight.
