for whatever reason i thought it would too, i used to chew gum like crazy, like a pack a day.
then i realized ...there are calories in gum, so if im constantly puttin a piece in , any calories i would be working off arent gonna be worked off if i keep putting 10-15 calories back in every hour or so. so i dont think it really helps!

no. otherwise we would all be doing it. It basically helps prevent over eating, its a good distractor, the mintiness overpowers your need for a sausage roll.

Technically, yes it does, but it doesn't provide any significant increase.
