it depends on your height also. BMI weight/height*height more than 25 is overweight more than 30 is obsess

well is it 90 kgs lean muscle or with fat as well .I am just 80 kgs and i measure 5'8 .and people call me overweight by the socalled medical standards .if so then you're under weight ha ha !


yes you are buddy.
drink atleast 500 ml water before every meal and eat more salad without mayonaise or cream .eat fatless diet .reduce calorie intake and increase physical activity and eat more vegetables ,raw like carrot and raddish,cucumber

you need to go for nutrient dense food rather than calorie dense food .you really need a intense workout on a regular basis like swimming , treadmill, cycling,or 2 hours workout in a gym everyday with strict diet control plans and actions.

Use the BMI index as a rough calculation...

Take your weight (in kg) and divided by your height (in m) and then divide it once again.

If the number is around 22-23 that's still average but anything more or anything less than that number might require you to lose some weight.

have you an eating disorder by any chance. it sounds to me your looking for `slim` affirmation from people. i know iv been there, not criticizing you but it is such a vague panicked question that no one could possible answer, as we do not know your height. Never look at weight always look at body mass index, it tells you if your fat percentage is ok for your height weight etc. You can find out on internet. its very easy to do.

If you are only 5ft 3 and you are a girl you are certainly overweight. You should weigh between 45-55 kgs ideally

yes. try to reduce ur weight. dont take this negatively as some people are even fatter. start as from today to reduce ur weight. c a doctor if possible. gd luck

yes yes yes yes yes.......im 5'4" but im 47.5kgs....if i reaches 49kgs...i can notice that my face bloats a little...and that's fat for me
