Tsing-tao, originally from Qingdao, is the best beer (German brewers helped get them started), although fresh Yan-jing beer is also very good.
Chinese wine is forgettable, imho.
Chinese liquors are potent but rough to get down.
The teas are the best in the world however.

Drink in China, recently the rivers have been polluted by industrial outlet, the water and soil may contaminated, avoid to drink disqualified drinks, carry your own drink, it is better to keep quality drink products made in UK, US or France.
