i bought a freeview box and the remote doesn't work and want them to send another one. i can't find any address or number for them on the box my freeview came with or in the instruction booklet.

matsui are curry/dixons own make, made by panasonic/technics so contact either or.. best bet is to contact the store you brought it from.. or 'whatever happens' on...08706001550
