First of all there are not enough adults to manage the amount of children in the school system. Second, parents are busy working to raise a family and don't take the time to discipline their children. Third, the schools are not allowed to take care of the problem situations because the very parents that are to busy working are the first one in complaining if their children are made to mind. Last of all, if parents don't make their children mind and the schools are not allowed to make them mind then who's fault is it?

There is nothing wrong with the public school system. There are many religious battles being waged, but it is some of the parents and children that are the problem. Not all. If you stop and think about it all the children and teachers are heathen to one or the other religions.

Are you saying that all public school students are heathens? I am a firm believer in Christ and I was a public school student. What is so wrong with the public school system...lack of parental involvment, lack of funds, lack of quality teachers. I know I may sound judgmental, but the private schools really aren't that much better...or at least not where I live.

The public school system is designed more to fit your children into their place in society than it is to teach. Too many parents leave all responsibility of teaching and raising their children to the public schools. Teachers are only effective if they have the parents assistance.

What's wrong with the public school system is the lack of parental involvement.

Yes! And the right place for them! The teachers are often humanistic athiests who pass on their beliefs every day in what they teach and how they teach.
Yes, these schools need and have some Christian teachers and do have some - lights shining in dark places. However these are in a minority and have problems passing on their faith both from the system, from students and from other teachers.
Students will object if you tell them about creation and so will the education dept or the govt. Tell them about evolution "good boy". Tell them ":Jesus died for your sin" bad boy. Tell them "Buddah recieved enlightenment under a tree" good boy.
A heathen system for heathen. It's apity that Christian taxes pay for the propergation of athiestic humanism.
