Surre you can Hun, who said you can't my sister in law is 31 and she still wears ponytails!!!! I think it is upto you, but who said that you get to a certain age and you have to stop wearing and doing things??? You go girl!!! x

I think that I was about 45 when I stopped wearing a ponytail - I mean the single one at the back, not 'bunches' either side.
I only had my hair cut short because my new husband kept laying on it in bed! Otherwise I might still be wearing a ponytail!
If you feel comfortable with it, then do it. If you don't feel comfortable then don't do it.

Heck yes!!! I am 35 and I wear ponytails all the time. If you really think about it, there is no rule on it....I see people in their late fities wearing ponytails. No age limit, lots of people do it. You need to feel comfortable and don't worry about what ANYONE else thinks. Have fun in life and do what makes you happy. Now, go put your pony it okay? I have one in right now!!!! Have a great day!

It depends where, and what kind...there are so many tasteful styles nowadays...a ponytail is not just a ponytail any more...I'm checking out some sites on hairstyles myself...I don't know what kind of hair you have...but check out the web there are more than enough tips and examples out there. But if you are talking about high in the middle of either side of your head type ponytails with little colourful disney themed plastic contraptions holding them in place...then...no.

Yes of course you can , I wear a pony tail all the time , and I'm 44, but a very young 44 lol. I usually wear my hair up, unless I'm going out I like to wear it down then, its much better as you don't get the wind blowing your hair in your face this time of year too, and as it,s still humid on days , it does not make your neck so sticky feeling , yes go for it . And you can get lots of hair accessory's, like I seen a diamond effect butterfly tie back in NEXT the other day, I had just bought a jumper , and did not take enough money with me , but I will be going again this week end and I'm going to buy it . It was £5 but it looked really pretty, and this time of year Christmas I mean will be lovely looking in your hair, all sparkly and shiny. There are lovely slides too and they set the look off, so go on your as young as you feel , that,s my motto, go for it!!!!

Have a look at me and say how old I am? But no I wouldn't wear a ponytail! If it makes you feel good then do it. I have done some things that some people said look daft, but we are all individuals if we were all the same and did what everyone else did we would be boring!. As someone once sang # Don't worry, be happy!

no. There are just some things that have to be let go. Ponytails are one of them. Now the classic one pony in the back still flies, but the 2 (one on each side) should be left to another generation. Sorry.

Age is just a number,its how you feel that matters. Mine is naturally very curly so i keep it long so the weight pulls the curls out a bit.But im 44yrs old and still wear it up most days.

It totally depends on the style, high or low? Silly bobbles on the side of your head or plain jane style? Do you have a fringe?
Most importantly, are you happy your hair like that? Do you feel comfortable?
At the end of the day there is only one opinion that counts and that's yours me dear.
