Can someone give me the recipe of Cinnamon stick which you can find it at Blue Ribbon Bakery Disneyland, LAX?

Cinnamon stick is kind of a short bread, long like a stick and is covered with fine sugar and cinnamon powder. I have eaten once in 1994 and searching for the recipe.
