I walked part of this course this year. My good good friend Danny Wallace is a sufferer of MS and was walking the course over a 6 day period to raise money and awareness for the charity.
It was wonderful starting off from Blackheath with thousand and thousands of other runners, we got to Woolwich on day 1, it was brilliant, we were overtaking and being overtaken by George the Dragon. Good luck, im sure you will make it, perhaps put in a couple of applications, may help. If you want to find out more about Danny's website, or his daily log about the Marathon the link is below, or you can click onto my picture, thats him walking the race. Good luck and I hope you raise loads and loads for your charity.

You can apply through hundreds of charities to run for them. But you will have to raise about £3000 for most of them!
