If you are talking about "boosting" a weak immune system, I would like to recommend this to you: Rather than jolting it with something, try taking away that which weakens it in the first place. The greatest burdens on our immune system are animal proteins and processed foods. Cut out both for a week - but butter and cream are OK, they do not actually contain protein worth mentioning. Put lots of fresh, organic veg and fruit through yourself, and whole grain bread. See how you feel, but in my experience, this brings most people up to full tilt within 4 days.

milk, orange juice or vitamin c 1000 mg tabs, protien, complex carbs, and moderate exercise. you can try some vitamin e but it works slower. large doses of vit c have been shown to jump start the immune system and it is not toxic like other vitamins since any excess your body doesn't need is dumped.
