Dishy means good looking! I havent heard that expression for a long time but as far as I know it still has the same meaning!!

dishy isn't really something used by many people anymore! (mainly by women if it is though)
Basically, it means someone is good looking, attractive!

Dishy is tasty. It is what you find desirable and attractive. If this is what you think then just tell them that you think they are dishy, it can't hurt, only flatter
