AVG

I had Norton that came with a Dell computer (will never buy another Dell. To Hell with Dell. But that's a different story)

Norton ended up screwing that computer, and it will not let me uninstall it. First they had me do an online fix that made the problem worse and made IE browser say "We are sorry but Internet Explorer needs to close..." (Could not use their fix with Firefox they told me.) Several things happened, it was an ongoing problem.

To this day I still get pop-ups that say "To prevent duplicate security status alerts, use my existing Norton product and turn off redundant Windows Security Center alerts" and then you're supposed to click okay.
The pop-ups cannot be clicked off and you have to scoot them off the screen. If only one comes up I tolerate it, but sometimes they start popping up one after another, and then you have to reboot.

The number at the bottom on the Security Alert tab tells me how many I have so far, and one time I came back to this computer after being away for about an hour and there were 72 of them. Also they slow your computer down if you get a lot of them. You just have to reboot.
I now use AVG, and I will buy a non-Dell computer and have non-Norton anti-virus henceforth.

I use AntiVir. I kinda hate the ads it shows when it updates, but it's free and the company has one of the largest databases in the world.

I'd use AVG, but it doesn't support any huieristics i heard(scanning for unknown viruses) and i find the program unstable.

As for my Mac.. Nothing. Until viruses become a serious threats for mac it has no need for it while i have the unix firewall enabled.

i'm sorry to tell you this but, panda antivirus is S-H-I-T! the thing ripped down my computer. i couldn't run any games, and it messed up my other windows xp and my win 98. they both had to be reinstalled. i now use norton antivirus and zonealarm firewall. they're great but expensive. still...

i really think you should rename your software line. please!. at least make it grizzly software or something! thanxx.
