Can I recover my data on hdd ?

Can I recover my data on hdd ? I have lost my very imp data in drives D E & F.Can i recover it ?

first thing do not install any new programs on your hard disk. Run unerase utility of Norton utilities. This may not work in windows in that case you have to press F8 and boot only in command mode and then use the unerase utility and recover all your deleted files.
