There is no right time, it's just when you are ready.

Guys (like girls) can be vulnerable after a long term relationship and end up having sex with someone and then falling in love with them only to get married and divorced 2 years down the line.

Sex and having a relationships are of course two different things. If you can seperate the sex from love then any time after a relationship is ok.

Relationships might depend on you revisiting why and what you want from a relationship before looking if someone is compatible. Also you want to work out what you don't want, your ex wife is afterall your ex wife for a reason. You probably don't want the same type of woman. Of course it goes withiout saying that its best to find someone you find sexy.

Regardless of whether your seperated or divorced, Yes I think that it's ok for you to get out and about and find more people so you can as you said, "get some" on a regular basis, I honestly think that a year is more than you needed to wait, but I also think it was decent on your behalf to wait that long. Good Luck

By all means go outside. I'm betting she's not out there waiting to snipe you any more. And yes you should "get something" to eat and drink, maybe a new deodorant stick (mine don't usually last that long). LMAO. but really, if she isn't over it by now then it's her problem, not yours.

It was okay to date the minute you became legally divorced.

You put ex in quotations so I will assume that she is not technically your ex wife. I suggest that you take care of that and get divorced, if your not already because as a single woman.. we don't like dating married men, even if it is only by technicality.
