Unfortunately, our brains hold a catalog of every action or thought we have ever executed. Add to that memories and visions- songs heard or sung, videos watched or made, conversations engaged in or listened to, etc. I say "unfortunately" only because it can be painful at certain times in our life to be the keeper of the past.

Well the material is fairly spongey so based on a bathroom test with a brain-sized sponge I'd say about 3 litres before it starts leaking.

Well, men are well known for sitting on their brains, so I guess they can hold a persons weight quite easily, although brain functioning in men is less than that in women, so perhaps too much weight on it can cause a decline in function.
