Green apple juice will only add calories. Try water instead. Lots of it, to flush out the impurities that accumulate when losing weight. Also take a really good multi-vitamin. Exercise will do a lot more good than green apple juice. Liquids with calories are NEVER a good weight loss tool. Try eating a green apple instead. Also try celery and other veggies.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

no juice of any kind is helpful in losing weight it's all a fad cos it is full of calories and fruit sugar , plus contains no fiber and does'nt helps with bowel emptying and does'nt gives a feeling of fullness , which u can analyse urself , as u c one glass of juice will contains extract from at least 3 to 4 apples , can u eat 3 or 4 apples in one time , the answer will probably be no. see for urself, and try lots of clear fuid water water and water it's beneficial , does cleansning , detoxifies ur blood and flushes ur system , keeps kidneys healthy , and skin fresh , reasons are to many to list .

if you really want to lose weight, dont take the juice alone, eat green and red apples and also grape fruit... they contain alot of vitamins and can help you in losing weight effectively. Mind you, exercise your body by doing aerobics or jogging ....wish u all d best my dear!

actually no green apple juice is sugar when you exceed your bodys potential to break down sugars they turn to fat sugars also known as carbs are your quickest source for energy their also the ones that your body burns up the fastest , you may feel fatigue and hungry again pretty soon thats your body telling you it wants that sugar again . your best bet would be to avoid fruit juices and also dry fruit youll avoid over consumption of calories and sugars instead try lugging around a water bottle with you where ever you go before you know youll start lookin fly hey

fresh juices r gud but it wudnt do miracles. u need 2 cut down on fatty foods & eat more veggies & fruits. + u need 2 exercise..
brisk walk is fine & instead of using d lift, try 2 use d stairs

i guarantee you that if you change everything you eat now into healthy foods.. you will lose weight instantly. don't eat outside the house anymore no fast foods.. you should walk or run.... do a lot of cardio workout.... eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.. try to eat less and try to drink a cup of water before you eat.. i heared this lady did that and she lost 12 pounds in a month.. anyways you should just eat differently.... you'll lose weight during the process and you'll live longer and feel better:) and yes i hear an apple can wake u up more than coffee does and yes it does kill your appetite..don't drink coffee and change to tea:) goodluck and remember if you love yourself you'll do this all the way!!!!
