That is a lovely name for a little boy! Congratulations.

666 is just a superstition from some superstitious book. The name Lucifer was given to a character in the same superstitious book.

How about?
Lucifer Diablo Lastname ... yes that has got a ring to it !
(Diablo - spanish for devil.. yet another character from the same book)

All the best.

Well, if you really want your child to be bullied and ridiculed. "Lucifer" is a very unusual name - do you not think there's a reason for that. I personally would never call a child "Lucifer" with the connotations that it has. You might as well call him "Devil", "Satan", "Evil", "The Accuser", or whatever. I'm sure your child will need counselling at a later date.

Absolutely. It will certainly be unique. And the ironic twist in chosing such a moniker is priceless.

Please know that the name of a person is very important for him.
Just imagine, how can your innocent child face the trouble caused by people who have preconceived idea about Lucifer. It is for the legimate peace of his angelic soul, think more carefully in giving him a name.

Oh dear no that's not right on so many levels.
First is that its not the number of ST. LUCIFER.It is the number of SATAN a different being all together.I wish people would stop mixing the names of things up.
the Number 666 is also the number of mankind in its bases form. we are trying to raise our souls energy up to 999 the number of GOD.

"Bringer of Light", sure it's nice, but it kinda has a slight connotation, no? Why not just call him Satan around the house and maybe something like Bill in public? JAT.
