They can't make you return to work, all they can do is cut off your benefits.

If THEIR doctor says you can return to work, and YOURS doesn't, then maybe you need a third opinion.

the first answer is correct....only you can make yourself go to work.

It sounds like their is a conflict between your physician and theirs and there is likely an mandatory binding arbitration agreement in your policy.

Usually a thrid expert would ahve to be retained at both of your costs and the three xperts would come to binding conclusion.

Check your policy for language....If you are really too injured to work then it may be necessary to retain counsel...If you just want a few more weeks off then don't waste the time.
