The best way to avoid pot belly is a little exercise you can do at home-like a little stretching in the morning before you take a bath/breakfast and a diet rich in veggies and fruits and fruit drinks. This will make you more alive the whole day. Also, avoid drinking alcoholic beverages/softdrinks because on what I've noticed, people who drank a lot of this stuff seems to have a larger tummy.

You should do sit-ups every other night. You don't need a gym membership or any special equipment.
Lie down and sit up until it hurts. Start with 30 a night, then increase it the following week to 35, the week after that do 40, and so on.
There is no painfree way to get a nice belly.

Anything you pour into yourself if in excess will have a detrimental effect on your body. If you don't want to go to a gym, and I can't say that I'd blame you, try to go for brisk walks. If you're at work and so long as you aren't on the 444th floor, use the stairs and forget the lifts.
As far as foods go, includeing liquids, just remember moderation is the answer.

You don't have to be losing money in a gym to be healthy. Just walk around more instead of using transport all the time, take the stairs instead of the lift - things like that. Why does everyone in the world think that being a normal healthy human is do difficult?

Yes, watch what you eat and If you don't have time to go to the gym..... take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away so you have to walk, do some deep breathing throughout the day, at your desk etc..... Just try to fit extra activity in your day.

It's mostly excess beer and fatty food that do it mate, sit ups, running, etc all help. As does not more than one good beer sesh with chips at the end of it, a month!

Yep, beer/wine: alcohol gave me a buddha belly!!
So cut down.
I started doing sit ups while i was watching tv on a night. You feel much better than just slobbing around and it really works. x

Keep the beer drinking down and walk as far as you can as often as you can. Try going to a pub on the other side of town and walk there and back!!!That should help!
