It sounds like you may be suffering depression and anxiety. Usually, when a person is feeling depressed, anxiety comes into it as well. The trembling (shaky, nervous feelings) and scary thoughts, together with feeling this way when other people are around, as well as when you're alone (although it can be controlled when alone) sounds like you may be suffering both. When a person is depressed and anxious all kinds of symptoms are happening and we feel overwhelmed and unable to control what we feel is going on. Symptoms may include: unable to stop worrying, not sleeping properly, shaking and trembling, feeling sick, fear of losing control, feeling very low, no energy, feeling frightened all the time but not knowing why, listless, loss of interest in usual everyday life etc. Don't worry about seeing your doctor, help is there, all you need to do is explain how you feel and ask what it is and what help is available. I certainly don't think it's anything 'psychotic.' Many many people suffer from depression and anxiety, and having had a baby it could well be postnatal depression. The bravest step is that you have asked for help already by confiding your troubles and asking for advice here. Be a little braver and see your doctor.

sounds like you are having some anxiety issues....you said your always thinking of something scary, maybe you are absorbing what your seeing on the tube...now that you are a mother, the worrieng about your child kicked in....your hormones are all stirred up from having the baby, could be anything...No shame going to the doctor, there are low dosage meds to help with anxiety and depression that will help and you don't have to take them your whole life either, if you do get on meds, and start to feel better, don't just stop taking them, you have to gradually taper off then you can stop...Life is stressful sometimes, and sometimes it can overwhelm you, no reason to feel you have to cope with it all by yourself, go see your doctor, you may get told its just hormones etc, and you'll feel like weight is lifted off your sholders,.. enjoy that baby and good luck to you sincerly!

Oh honey if you just had a baby there are all sorts of things that could be going on inside your body. Please go to your doctor, but not knowing and trying to play the guessing game you are only making things worse for yourself by stressing yourself out. Trembling could be from alot of things, some of them could be harmless but freaking yourself out in your mind isn't harmless...go see your doctor ok. Take care and best of luck to you

It could be caused by a lot of things: high-thyroidism, anxiety, neurological problem. don't be afraid to go to your doctor; I don't the first thing that will pop into his mind is a psycotic problem. That's usually the last. First they check out all the physical possibilities that could be causing it, and there are many so be patient.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/8VVUF

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
