you can have those items into checked luggage ( not in the plane cabin ).
Passengers are not allowed to have gels or liquids of any kind at screening points or in the cabin of any airplane.
They said this includes beverages, food, suntan lotion, creams toothpaste, hair gel, or similar items. Those items must be packed into checked luggage. Beverages bought on the secure side of the checkpoint must be disposed of before boarding the plane.
There are several exceptions to the new rule. Baby formula, breast milk, or juice for small children, prescription medications where the name matched the name of a ticked passenger, as well as insulin and other essential health items may be brought onboard the plane.
Here http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/prohibited/permitted-prohibited-items.shtm
you can find a detailed list of the permitted and proibited items.

Yes, shaving cream, plastic or electric razors, shower gel, cosmetics, shampoo, hair spray, liquid makeup, and toiletries can all be placed in your suitcase and checked to go under the plane until you arrive in your city.
You can also take prescribed medications on the plane with you in a bag which must fit under seat of plane, as long as the prescriptions are labeled with your name and are NOT liquid.
Hope this helps you.

Yes, you can put your toiletries in luggage to go in the hold. You can take dry cosmetics in your make up bag on the flight, such as lipstick, face powder, but you can't take lip gloss or liquid foundation. I have just returned from Australia and used lipstick during my travel and packed my lip gloss in my suitcase. I also logged on to my departure airports website for up to date information on any restrictions and information. Try that for really up to date and correct information. Happy travelling and good luck.

yes!
you are just not allowed to take any liquids in your hand luggage.
If you go to your airlines website and look at their baggage policy that should give you more precise information. However, be warned that if you are travelling with more than one airline, the rules of the first airline will apply to the entirety of your return journey.
