its been 9 to 10 months that a guy in my neighbourhood comes on his roof top in the morning n is there till the night n continuesly keeps seeing me . first i thaught he is just prankin out but then i came to know through a freind of mine that he is mad after me he truly loves me n as its been about a year i have also started liking him i cant live without him but the problem is that none of us have ever talked with each other i didnt do anything to talk to him cause i was waiting for him to tslk to me but now 2 days before i asked his causin who comes in my tution clases to get that guys number n i m sure he will get it tomorow so wat do u think i should talk to him on the phone . from where should i start i mean how should i tell him that i also love him ????

You don't love him. You are infatuated. You cant truly love someone you have never had a conversation with.

I cant understand one thing - u say that he comes to the rooftop in the morning and stays there till night staring at u.( Incidently u han't said ogling. Staring and ogling r two differen things) Now tell me as to aprt from staring at u what else does he do ? College/School/ job/daydreaming ? what? And what r u doing there whole day? Obviously both of u are infatuated ( don't get alarmed. it's a term which simply refers to unexplainable attraction between a boy & a girl) with each other. If u both have nothing better to do in life then please carry on with the present arrangement of staring at each other from first light to last light. This is a much better way of spending your spare time then trying to spread unnecessary rumors or say creating nuicence on the road or in the neighobourhood, I presume that u are not in a job as of now but if u are in a school or college and someday plan to become self dependant then for God's sake stop this guy on the road or walk upto his house and ask him about his feelings towards u. Then get on with your life.

A guy from morning till night, if he is doing just this what you have written,then the future with such a guy is very bleak.If you are a intelligent girl, you will just concentrate on your future & your parents feelings,who are dreaming & continuosly have been seeing you from the time when you were in your mother's womb.

Honestly, are you serious? How old are you? IF you are under 18 then this is OK I guess, just take things slow and let him know how you feel...If you are over18, WOW, get a life I'm sorry but you need to grow up. Life doesn't work like that.

Isha , I dont know what is your age. I think from above that you must be under 15. see this in not a time for a girl to love. get some maturity. complete your studies. watch how he complete his studies & get a good job. Then you yourself understand that LOVE is not CHILD"S PLAY.
If you want to just enjoy meet him & talk to him freely. Dont bring LOVE in between OK.

dear we are living in 21st centuary. nobody have time to watch each other like this. Just go straight and ask him if he like or love you or not, all the things will be clear. Dont hide any thing. Talk face to face. This will build your confidence too. Take care.
