I do not reccommend using mouthwash to people because of the large amount of alcohol that they contain. People use it after brushing and rinse all of the good flouride and calcium out of their mouth!!! its silly. Thats like brushing your teeth and rinsing out with water. all the goodness goes down the drain!
Why do you think companies tell you to use mouthwash and large amounts of toothpaste? to sell more of their products!! mouthwash is an unnecessary product that is just another expense. If you use a good toothpaste (pea size amount) dont rinse, and floss then that is enough. (unless you have been told otherwise by a dentist).

If you really want to use mouthwash for occasions when you dont have time to brush then buy one with FLOURIDE

Not all mouthwash has alcohol. In my opinion it is good to use inbetween meals for fresh breath, but not for use after brushing your teeth. If you brush well and floss you should not need the mouthwash. There are exceptions for those with gum disease and need the extra antiseptic in mouthwash as treatment. Other than that stay away from it... that is my two cents... lol

There a lot of reason why people use mouth rinse. Mainly is bcause of the bad breath. No doubt most products of the shelves contained alcohol in it but there's company that manufacture and product a natural based ingredients for mouth wash. The one i'm using is non-alcohol based and comes in refill order. So, look at the purpose of the mouth wash. different people will have different needs.

I think that my mouth stays much cleaner when I use mouthwash. I love cool mint Listerine, keeps the tooth fuzzies away!

Rinse with good old salty water if you need to, in sparing amounts. It's cheap as chips and good. That's my opinion.

Just don't drive after taking it. You might fail the breathalyser test.
