That it He dont want a relationship just a place to warm up and get his cookies and go he at looking and firting but he may not be totllly in a realtionship but working on it

It means that you're a good lay...or he can't get any from anyone else...or he still loves you but doesn't want the commitment, so this way you guys are friends....he's still getting laid and he can do whatever the f*ck he pleases b/c ur not his g/f so u cant tell him not to!

If he is not seeing anyone else and he isn't interested in seeing anyone else: he may want to get back together with you. Don't let him in so easily, make him work for it.
If he is seeing other people / flirting : he wants you as a doormat or a safety net. I don't like being stepped on, and so I would tell him to step off.

I think what he means.....is that even though he wants to be good friends with you.....he still expects you to give it up to him. In my opinion......he is only taking advantage of the friendship and he probably doesn't care about anything other than himself.
My advise girl.....don't fall for it......just move on and don't take non-sense from no guy. Take care.
