Its like a mirror with dust on it. There is no use for it without being cleaned off, as is there is no use of the genius that lies latent in the mind without learning about the world through a good education.

genius without education-means your capability may be there but you have not learned how to use it; like silver in a mine, it is worthless until it is available and in a usable format
