Are you staring at them first? I know this sounds funny, but consider it; sometimes, that's what happens, and you may not even have noticed. I tend to look at people long and hard, oblivious to the notion that they might be aware of it; naturally, they look right back in the same way. Maybe that's what's happening to you?

In restaraunts so many people are like oh why are they staring at me while I eat. Who cares. if I see someone staring at me I could care less my mind is running a mile a minute anyway.
The only time it bothers me some idiot who thinks he is a hard a55 staring at me like having an eye fight.

more than likely they are not starring, you just think they are. go up and ask the ones that you think are starring, why they are. if not, then dont flatter yourself, and get some sleep!
